Dear Mr. Addotta, I had a rough day today, but a few moments after visiting your Web site (for the first time) you had me laughing. Somehow, I missed your appearances on TV and elsewhere, and know you only from "Wet Dream," which I think is brilliant. How good to learn that you've got CDs out of your comedy. I love that you are funny without being vulgar and obnoxious, as are so many young comics today. Your newest fan, Adam Schwartz Bloomington, Indiana

I want to use my moms ashes in a tattoo. She had cancer and a defibulator/pace maker. Is this a good idea???

Personally I am against tattoos! However, if you must, I think it would be a good tribute to your mother, if she herself approved of tatoos!

Wanted to say hello for no apparent reason. Had to throw Diane a bone as it was her birthday, plus it was the wittiest thing she has ever said. The best part is that it stopped Pete in his tracks. You are and will always be the benchmark other Comedians aspire and hold in high regard. I don\'t worship your fame, I enjoy your talent. P.S. It may be the look of your web page but I'm never quite sure an e-mail has been sent or I have just purchased a case of Vanishing Cream? All my best. see ya Sat.Matt T.

Hey Kip, You're a funny guy. I mean - someone sent me the "Wet Dreams" clip tonight and it really brought back some memories. Zip back to about 1980 in Columbus Ohio on Dublin-Granville Rd - you were appearing at a Comedy Club there, I was 21 at the time - and I'm telling you, you did a set called "I Hope I'm Not Out Of Line", and it was the funniest night at the comedy clubs I've ever had - before or since.
You had my friends and me crying from the laughter. The routine never let up - which could have led to a heart attack you know :-) Shortly after that, an LP came out with virtually the whole routine you did that night. I lost it in a move 5 years ago.
So, just wanted to let you know - as I think back over some great acts I've seen with Robin Williams, Bill Crosby, George Carlin, Lewis Black, Elayne Boosler, Rodney Dangerfield, Scott Thompson, even a Red Skelton impersonator - I'm telling you man, you made me laugh that night harder than I've ever laughed before. Carries a fond place in my memories. So, what are you up to these days. I'm in San Diego La Jolla now and Kip Addotta, you'll always have a fond place in my memories.
Back in 1970 I started a writing correspondence with Moe Howard of the Three Stooges - just a few years before he died, and he and I became friends and he sent me autographed photos of the Stooges, young and old - and well, guy, I just think it's cool you're on YouTube and reachable, because who knew ? I'm not saying you're a Stooge, but you're one of the funniest guys out there.
Thanks buddy.

So I just got a cool picture of you..Kip
God love youtube, and god bless you.
My wife just gave me the autographed picture of you, this it too f-in awesome.
I only wish you could understand how your sense of humor really effected me for the positive,
I in turn have spent my life laughing and smiling about comedy and humor. I actully wrote a song at age 17 called the boob song, it is a imitation of the Wet Dream song. Thanks so much for the contributions you have made to the world , as seemingly small and trifle as your Jokes and music are in the scope of war and human suffering,,, they are wonderfull molments of my life.... well
I just really learned to laugh, from you, and am glad you are who you are. Thanks for helping mold me.

Oh my God you are here?
I have to tell you, your music is why you are one of my idols. You sit on the idol shelf between Jim Morrison and Ronald Reagan. When I started to show my own kids funny music... I told them about you first, , not Pinkard and Bowden, not Tim Cavanaugh, not Weird Al, not even Heywood Banks, but Kip Addotta, I think that I am your greatest fan!I used to spend countless hours each Sunday night listening to Dr. Demento hoping the good doctor would give us just one more, juicy treat from the Kip Addotta realm. I would methodically tape them and catalog them on cassettes for later.
My friends and I used your music as inspiration to do talent shows and make routines for our families. At 17, with my best friend we recorded our own goofy music and sold the tapes at school. I think we only made enough to buy a health lunch, but thatÂ’s cool. Thank you for inspiring a generation of kids to use our minds and not conform to the everyday bullshit that was Madonna and Hulk Hogan.
I wish you and your family the best and I hope that you are granted with all the good works and peace you desire.
Your biggest Fan,
Lang
P.s. If you watch the second episode of the Every Guy Sports Show I am the guy in the Cardinals football segment.
